The Negeri Sembilan Bar successfully held a talk on “Undang-Undang Berkaitan Tribunal Perumahan dan Pengurusan Strata” at the NS Bar Auditorium.
This talk was organised with the aim of equipping practitioners with a better understanding of the Tribunal’s powers, processes, and procedures in resolving housing and strata disputes – issues which conveyancing lawyers frequently encounter in practice.
By holding this session, the Bar hopes to strengthen the ability of members to advise clients effectively and manage such matters confidently in their daily work.
The session was delivered by our distinguished speaker, Dato’ Haji Fariz Irwan bin Dato’ Haji Mustafa, who shared his extensive knowledge and practical insights, making the talk both engaging and beneficial for all who attended.
The Committee records its gratitude to our Chairman, Mr. Karthigesan Shanmugan, for his support and presence and to all members who attended and participated in the discussion.
The presentation slides were shared earlier during the talk with all registered participants who were present.
The event later concluded with tea, kuih-muih, and networking among members where everyone had shared their thoughts and ideas as well.
