On 31st July 2025, as a Continued Legal Education,(CLE),Young Lawyers And Pupils and Family Law Committees and Professional Standards and Development Committee of the Negeri Sembilan Bar , organised a talk by Justice Datuk S.Nantha Balan on Effective use of Oral and Written Advocacy in Trials and Appeals for our NS Bar members, as part of Negeri Sembilan Bar Advocacy series(NBA)
Justice Datuk S.Nantha Balan concluded with a reminder that effective advocacy is a service to justice. He encouraged all advocates to:
•Uphold the highest ethical standards;
•Be well-prepared and honest with the court;
•And never lose sight of their role in assisting the bench to reach a just and correct decision.
