NS Bar had the pleasure of hosting an insightful session titled “How to Succeed in Federal Court Leave Applications” delivered by Mr. GK Ganesan. It was an engaging and informative afternoon that brought together members eager to deepen their understanding of appellate procedures.
Held at the NS Bar Auditorium from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm, the session saw a great turnout, with participants gaining valuable insights into Federal Court procedures and strategies. Mr. Ganesan shared his extensive experience and practical tips, which sparked thoughtful questions and meaningful discussion.
The event was also graced by the presence of Ms. Nandhini, Chairperson of the CLE Committee, and Mr. Karthigesan Shanmugam, Chairman of the NS Bar. Their support and presence added significance to the occasion.
