Interlocutory Application: A Journey of Discovery under Order 24
On 7 May 2025, the Negeri Sembilan Bar, through its Continuing Legal Education, Young Lawyers & Pupils Committee, successfully organized a legal talk titled “Interlocutory Application: A Journey of Discovery under Order 24 of the Rules of Court 2012” at the NS Bar Auditorium.
The session was led by Ms. Kokila Vaani Vadivelo, a distinguished litigator and former Chairperson of the Selangor Bar, who shared her vast experience and practical knowledge on the discovery process in civil proceedings.
This event was organized under the leadership of Ms. Nandhini Devi A/P Nagaindren, Chairperson of the Continued Legal Education (CLE),Young Lawyers & Pupils Committee, and held with the support of Mr. Karthigesan A/L Shanmugam, Chairman of the Negeri Sembilan Bar Committee.
It was a valuable and engaging session for all attendees, particularly young lawyers and pupils eager to deepen their understanding of interlocutory procedures.
