REMAND HEARING: A PRACTICAL GUIDE FOR CRIMINAL LAWYERS
Learning is a continuous process. In light of the same, the Negeri Sembilan YBGK/LAC committee on 29.4.2025 organized a refresher session on “REMAND HEARING: A PRACTICAL GUIDE FOR CRIMINAL LAWYERS” to address key issues and to equip members with valuable information to provide effective representation in court during remand applications.
The session was conducted by a seasoned criminal practitioner at NS Bar, Mr Puvarasan Balaiyah, who had kindly offered both his time and expertise for the benefit of all.
The session was both fun and engaging with active participation by members.
We thank Mr Puvarasan and members for a successful session and we look forward to organising more such events.
